Registration & Fees
The Forest Genetics Conference will be held June 23-27, 2025. The registration fees are:
- Standard Conference Participation
- Early Bird Rate (valid through February 28th): $200
- Regular Rate (valid March 1st to June 2nd): $250
- Student Participation
- Early Bird Rate (valid through February 28th): $100
- Regular Rate (valid March 1st to June 2nd): $150
How to Register
Advance registration is required. There will be no on-site registration available. Use the online registration form to pay by credit card. For bulk registrations or questions about deferred payment, please contact Kelly Otto at kq*****@ps*.edu.
Deadline
All registrations and payments must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on June 2, 2025. If you wish to register after June 2nd, please contact Kelly Otto at kq*****@ps*.edu. Registrations will be accepted with an additional $30 processing fee if space is available. There will not be an option for on-site registrations.
Confirmation
Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your registration. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs.
Refunds
If your request to withdraw is received in writing by email to kq*****@ps*.edu before or on June 2, 2025, we can issue a partial refund. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. After June 2nd, no refunds will be issued.
Substitutions
Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
